How
We're Organized
The department is governed by a Board of
Directors who is elected to two-year terms by all personnel.
This Board works in conjunction with the Fire District 11 Board of
Commissioners, which is appointed by the county Board of
Supervisors.
All functions and operations of personnel are based on a set of by-laws
that is updated once a year to reflect changing needs, as well as
Standard Operating Guidelines (SOGs).
